Bonnie Caslow Allan - Iyengar Tradition,
RYT 500
After teaching art to middle school students for over
25 years, Bonnie decided that it was time for a change. She loves
to paint outdoors, but all of her energy for that was going to her
students. Bonnie began taking yoga with Patti Quicksilver of
Susquehanna Yoga. She looked forward to her weekly class, and
noticed the effects Yoga was having on her entire well-being. The
more she practiced, the more she enjoyed the way it made her feel.
Her decision to teach yoga stemmed from that. She has been doing
Yoga for 7 years and graduated from the Susquehanna yoga apprenticeship
program.
Her desire to share her knowledge of yoga and to grow in it, informs her
classes.
